Rule 1 - Application of Laws and Rules

LAWS OF CRICKET

 The Laws of Cricket (2000 Code 2nd Edition – 2003) shall apply to all matches, except as hereinafter modified.

1.2

PENNANT COMMITTEE POWERS AND EMERGENCY RULINGS

1.2.1  

The Pennant Committee shall have the power to take any action deemed appropriate against a club or player breaking a CV rule or a Law of Cricket.

1.2.2

Subject to the Articles and By-Laws of CV the Pennant Committee shall have the power to decide all questions arising out of CV matches not provided for in these Rules.
